Getting ready for work.... I will do a weight in tonight and post in the am.. but it wont be official till monday! Ohh man I really hope that after this week.... I hope that even with one pound lost ... I will be happy.... at least it shows progress twards my goal!

Weigh ins should really only be done once a week, at the same time, every week and after you have gone to the ladies room. Daily weigh ins especially in the very early stages of a life style eating change will only be discouraging because weight fluculates so MUCh, sepecially at night because we are full of all of the food and water that w drank all day. So, please. Do not weigh yourelf for a week. Drink plenty of water. Get a lot of sleep (at least 8 for good weight loss) and relax, as stress will make it MUCH harder to lose any weight. Best wishes and remember, a healthy goal is 1-2 lbs a week. You can do it! We are all pulling for you!
