Apple, Grape and Celery Salad with Yogurt

So yummy and really hits the sweet spot.

Cara memasak

  1. Cut the apple, grapes and celery into bite sized pieces.
  2. Add yogurt and mix well.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Can be made larger very easily.

Very refreshing! Was satisfied w half the suggested serving, we will see how it holds up in the fridge until my after dinner snack time. Thanks for posting!

Made this salad today and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I wasn't sure about mixing celery with yogurt but it worked. :-) Will definitely make this again.

Just finished making a test batch, and I loved it! Daily, I eat fresh fruit salad with dannon low fat yogurt mixed in; with the plain yogurt and the celery it adds a different twist that tastes great! I will make this again!

This is a good idea however use a dairy free yogurt and I would add almonds. with these additions it would be a perfect vegan recipe.

I think it's a wonderful idea. And yes, fruits are not allowed till phase two, but for phase one they are moderate. So it's okay to have every once and a while.
