All-Vegetable Soup
A delicious super low calorie vegetable soup.
Bahan-bahan
- 1/2 fl oz lemon juice
- 2 mangkok, diparut cabbage
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 sdt black pepper
- 1/2 sdt table salt
- 2 tsps fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 mangkok, dicincang broccoli, small florets
- 2 sedang carrots, chopped
- 2 mangkok cauliflower, small florets
- 1 tangkai, sedang celery, diced
- 2 cups swiss chard, chopped
- 2 siung garlic
- 1 sedang onion, chopped
- 2 tbsps fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 kecil zucchini, diced
- 1 sedang red bell pepper, diced
Cara memasak
- Put garlic, vegetables, thyme and broth into a large soup pot.
- Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low and simmer, partly covered, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in parsley (or chives); season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice (optional).
- Note: if you like thick soups, consider pureeing this recipe in the pot with an immersion blender. Many variations to this recipe, add or leave out vegetables to suit your taste. Save time by using frozen vegetables instead of fresh ones (though the texture of the soup might change a bit).

taste is soso, I would change the chard for chinese cabbage and maybe add a bit of lentils or just some tomato paste. Its great to loose weight not too tasty though.

This sounds delicious..I am on a low carb eating program and this will be perfect...I will omit the carrots and everything else is acceptable....thanks..

I love this recipe but instead of swiss chard and cabbage I use bok choy. I also sometimes add a little barley to it.
