Still the same this week. Now my kids have been sick so I couldn't go to the gym on Wed. But I did work out at home on both Tues and Wed, so I've already had 3 workouts. I don't work out quite as hard or long though at home! I will still w/o tomorrow too. I'm eating well so wishing it would be down put will keep pressing forward. We're going to have a mother daughter slumber party here this w/e so I have to watch the amt. of bad snacks I eat which will be challenging!!
