Today is my Day 6 of no alcohol, recording food and exercise, and going to orange theory. Yesterday I re-learned the hard lesson of not eating enough - getting too hungry and then free for all before bed.
Being tired is most definitely the nemesis of self control for me. However all that being said. I slept for the first time in a week with normal dreams. I woke up feeling more tired than I have all week. I think this might a mix of the alcohol detox, pms, added workouts to my week and lastly, I am off holidays and back at work full time.
Looking forward to some good self esteem coming from living well. It's been a long time in coming.
