I have barely been on FS lately. I am barely holding on trying to keep up with home, kids, work, etc. So I have not commented on journals, etc- bad FS friend!
I will be doing another 5K run in May so I have been running pretty often. I went for a long run the other day and another run/walk this morning.
Since I have been stressed out lately, I noticed I have been eating more and thus, dealing with belly fat. Which turns into a hurt back from too much weight from the belly. I'm really trying to get this back under control. I could feel it while running. Clothes still fit fine- 6's and 4's are still good, but any extra weight I hold is in the belly which is not good.
