Got a workout in today! Nothing over the top but I did it! My weight has not changed for weeks- just a small drop once in a while but it goes right back to 145. However! I see my body changing even when the scale does not... fingers crossed that I will drop this last 5 pounds real slow and it will stay off!!!
I miss Doritos ....and wine 🤣
