Just checking a few emails and group activity of course, before I pack up the car for my get-a-way. Gee you would think I haven't had a minivacation in years, well months anyway. I am so happy, the scale and my clothes are showing my progress! My sticks still are trace to small, but again at least it is not negative. I've packed a bottle of those and will be checking over the weekend since I won't have a scale to use, well maybe this will help me break my daily obsession with the little bugger (scale). I've heard there is a wireless coffee shop about 4 miles from where I'll be, so I'll try to post sometime over the weekend, 'unsweet, decaff green tea for me please'! have a good weekend to all and be strong, I know I will!
