Slept like a baby. Had 11 3/4 hours of sleep in the last 24 and I feel rested. Long time since I was able to sleep like this. Did the sleep in two sets. a 3 1/2 hour set and a 8 1/4 hour set. Feels good. Going to reward ourselves today with Intermission Deli #15 no dressing. That should be good.
