10st 5lb. Not ideal. I think I’m panicking at flitting between one way of eating and another and I doubt this is doing me any good. I look back at what I was eating at my lightest last year and it was lower in fat and higher in natural carbs like fruits etc lower in calories too than when I’m strictly low carb. I’m in a constant dilemma between low carb high fat / higher carb low fat! Ah well onwards and upwards ! 😊
