Good luck, hopefully you will feel better soon. I had three days of ugh at the beginning of my vacation last week, but then perked up and was able to do stuff the rest of the week. I took a migraine med, but also carry a rollerball of pure peppermint essential oil that I apply to the tender spots and tension that builds on my neck and shoulders that helped a lot. I was away on vacation and didn’t have my heating pad, but that also helps me manage symptoms. The nausea is usually my worst migraine symptom, so total sympathy. I hope you are better than I am at figuring out whether the current nausea will be helped or exasperated by food. Sometimes vacations are when your body just lets you know you are going to get deep rest, then forces the issue with illness or pain. Sigh. 

Thanks @similes. I had an ox of cheese and some chicken broth with some added salt in case my electrolytes were low and added a tbs of butter and garlic for extra calories and flavor, popped an extreme and crashed again. Feeling better so far :) Migraine are the worst. I'm hoping when my braces are done and being on the keto diet I can stay off my migraine maintc. meds 

What does stay-cation mean?
