Down a bit and doing well. Struggled a bit to get my carb count up yesterday – but managed to find an old Breyer’s CarbSmart pop in my freezer which got me close to 30NC by the end of the day (even though my calories were a bit low). I went to bed early last night but woke up early today – so am journaling before I head to the gym.
