Weekends are the toughest for me to find low carb choices during lunchtime. While I do have some choices around, like deli ham and cream chesse and hard boiled eggs, it gets mundane pretty quick.
IF I don't like my choices or am tired of them I usually don't eat. Then I am extremely hungry at dinner time and I have been know to be grumpy when hungry. I occassionally will have an Atkins bar or a shake just to have something.
I need to get better at planning my weekend lunches.

I also find weekends to be a challenge. Its hard to eat the same things over and over. Have you tried finding new recipes to try? Sometimes I will find one, make ahead, and have portions of it for lunches through the weekend. It might help to have something new to look forward to.
