Week 8 finished of post HCG maintenance. I am VERY happy with my results and the lasting steady weight I have landed at and succefully maintained! I have zero fear of gaining back any of the old weight I carried and feel free and happy with my body once more. I truly feel more like myself on the outside which matches how I feel on the inside! I am grateful for being able to experience these results in as little as 3 months time and I have welcomed the new healthy lifestyle I am currently leading and following. It has become second nature to live as I do. The diet taught me a lot about self discipline, nutrition and how our bodies can respond to certain methods if followed correctly. I did not have one negative experience throught all of this and really was a skeptic in the beginning - If it wasn't for a close friend of mine I would have never considered even trying it! My new goal is to take off another 15 lbs, slow and steady how nature intended, however, I feel in no hurry to get there as I am 100% comfortable with myself as I am now. In 8 weeks I haven't lost anything more, but because I have started excerising a bit, I feel my body is transforming into a more leaner version of 150 lbs! Any additional weight loss I am going to consider it a bonus from this point forward!

I'm so inspired by you, Zen! You are so positive and joyful! I am 6-1/2 weeks into maintenance. I hardly ever say no to anything! I have learned moderation and to enjoy putting healthy things in my body as well as some stuff that isn't so good for me. I stopped entering my food, just got busy. I guess I should do it to show others what a great variety of things you can eat once that set point is set. I'm not exercising as much as I would like... but you are definitely inspiring me to do better. Oh, by the way... Is that your Mom? SOOOOOO cool to be able to share this with loved ones! Take care and keep it up!

I am glad to at least motivate and inspire anyone on the same path as me, as I get the same in return for you and those around me who are encouraging! Yes, I signed my mom up on a profile...she doesn't exactly have a computer or is at all computer savy, but she wants me to take care of it for her and help her log and track her foods! ;) I am very excited for her as she has reaped many benefits to taking of this weight to less joint pain, to losing painful fat lumps to having more energy!
