10.5 😳 Hmmmmm . Concerning as I’ve had a fairly decent week low carb / Keto wise. I think I eat way too much cheese so today’s scale surprise has pushed me to give cutting the cheese out. I don’t eat much dairy otherwise - bit of Kerrygold butter when cooking steak or fish and the odd costa cappuccino but otherwise not much at all. So, onwards and upwards .... hopefully no more upwards in the scales though!
