Maybe I was retaining water or something yesterday? I don't know. stepping on the scale yesterday scared me but now I stepped on and it was back down.
71,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 7,3 kg.    Sisa: 3,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
Kehilangan 5,1 kg dalam 1 minggu

Don’t use the scale everyday, it’s not good for you mentally. You have to weigh yourself once a week for a clearer results. Your weight fluctuates everyday like a roller coaster

I try to do it only once a week. Yesterday was my once a week but it was high and I just couldn't fathom I gained 2 pounds in a week when I hadn't eaten anything that would warrant it.
