Another teary day yesterday which culminated in a good old sob at my physiotherapy session - how embarrassing! I saw the doctor again and he has changed the treatment slightly and given me some different painkillers so I had a better night's sleep and I'm feeling more rested this morning.

Succeeded in having no bread yesterday, so on to day two :)
58,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 3,8 kg.    Sisa: 1,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Sometimes a good cry washes out the yuck, making room for the sunshine. Sounds sappy, doesn't it, but it's true. Might be hormonal, too...be good to yourself. :)

Thanks for your advice - I have been slacking a bit on the home exercises so you're absolutely right, Baxie. A better day today, thank goodness :) Where's your weigh-in this week?
