i stopped recording what i was eating and gained again. the holidays are a hard time to try to lose weight. i know i can do it, it's just a little harder this time of year. one day at a time.

Yeah, @marqui.w.knight that coffee creamer was one of the first things to go for me. I changed to sugar free Torani syrup, not much better health-wise but it's 0 calories and I just am not at black coffee yet.
