I'll take that weight in, up .2 today to 225.6

I did a bike ride last night, I am kind of addicted to it. I gamed in the am, cooked a nice lunch for wifey and kids, and then took a nap in the afternoon. I finished it up with a nice bike ride.

Wife had a few mothers day gifts, I got her a pair of Sanuk Shoes. I have a pair and really love them, and I knew that was something she would like but never buy for herself (they are ugly, lol). She said they were super comfortable, hopefully she will wear them. They have a pretty design on them for ugly shoes.

I posted yesterday how the bike ride does not feel like exercise to me. With one exception, going up the hill on the bridge. Other than that I feel like I am riding around like a kid again. My legs are super hard and muscular lately, and a lil sore. I am going to take today off, and work on the bike a bit. I hope this love affair, "Me and my Bike" continues.
