Day 2 off drops. Ate a small lunch around noon then started looking up places to buy a steak dinner. By 3:30 I was ready to eat again. I went to Costco and bought a package of organic spring greens and frozen tilapia. In the food court I got a Polish Sausage with no bun plus saurkraut. I put a little mustard on it. That was my dinner and it's only 4:54. I may go to the gym or maybe to bed early. There's something to having to wait 30 minutes before eating as I was doing when taking the drops.
