Easter was difficult but I made it through with only a 1 lb gain. I feel very good about that. Today I have managed to drop below the evil 172 lb mark and I am very happy. I know it is only a half a pound but I have been trying to get ther for 6 months. I hope this marks the begining of another loss period for me.
