Ok! Time to get back up on the horse! No artificial sweetener, no diet sodas. I will try to have 40TC per day, and count much of my calories from protein. I will try to have my 20-25 grams of fiber. I will keep away from sugar (in any form), flour, potatoes, pasta and rice. I will try to keep up my tea intake and I will not reduce my coffee (even though without sugar or milk they do not taste so nice). I want back my fruit and my yogurt, I feel like I made a bog mistake on refraining from it. I will keep up my water intake and my walking. I must remember that I feel good on high protein (but I don't remember feeling good on high fat). I want to take my fat from olive oil, avocados, nuts and seeds. Cheese fat, I don't mind but I prefer feta from cheddar. WML!!
