Last evening I decided to experiment. Had two servings of parsnips chips. Weight this morning was up less than a pound (.8) My question today "Was the deviation worth .8#?" I'm thinking it was if I learned and having the setback will help me continue full force on my journey today. I had some stomach pain hours after eating the parsnip chips. From them? I don't know but I had energy to get up and go out for an evening with friends. Will I do it again? I don't know. I'm thinking not today. Tonight I play Domino's with friends and we have a meal first. Main course is meatloaf and mashed potatoes. I'm bringing an organic veggie tray. Who knows the carbs in the meatloaf? What to do? Have a taste and bring a serving of my beef fillet? Does anyone else care what I choose to eat? Do I really need to care whether they care? Will anyone even notice? I'm thinking of putting my portions is baggies so I can weigh them before hand. This morning I turned down lunch at an Asian restaurant. I have other stuff planned for today anyway. It was a last minute invite.

No biggie your back on track, and I'm too old to care what anyone thinks. I do what and when I want. Stubborn will gets us to goal. Enjoy your day!
