Not weighing until Tuesday.So until then my weight is the same so I won't know whats working until then.I'm still into all my challenges
wouldn't give anything up.Experimenting with fitday on recording food.
I'm not sure which is more accurate or easier. I guess matter of choice
and ease
95,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 5,9 kg.    Sisa: 22,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Great job on keeping away from the scale. I never thought I could go without it, but still holding on strong.
