Well, this is my very last day of the Maintenance Phase....Tomorrow I can start to introduce starchy carbs back into my diet! Woohoo! I have no idea what the first one will be, but I know I will just try one serving tomorrow, then maybe two the next day....and so on. My most missed food has got to be PIZZA!!!!
I know I sure learned a lot through this whole 10 1/2 week experience on HCG!!! I really think that even though I am not on this diet any longer, for the most part I will keep a sugar free diet and watch my starchy carbs closely. I think limiting sugars and starches really can be a huge benefit to weight loss, as in the past I never really was one to believe it would make a big difference to cut out certain foods. I always thought no matter what I did I would never lose weight. Now I am a believer!!! Don't get me wrong, I will have treats now and again, but I will keep it in check. I am going to continue with healthy eating and I am going to start exercising regularily and hopefully I can lose another 10 lbs on my own. I didn't make my goal weight of 150, but I did come close!! Tomorrow I will set another goal and work towards the new one on my own!
HCG gave me the much needed jump start and the boost of self esteem I am very thankful for!
