Well, I am paying the price for Saturday!
I went to the city and while I didn't eat very much that day I can only describe the way I ate as "Frat boy typical" as in left over pizza and a Red Bull for breakfast sort of thing
I had a salad for lunch but honestly?
I can tell now, even after such a short time my body has started to reject the frat boy crap and I'll definitely be eating good all week to makeup for it
