I've had a really good week, started running, been out to see friends, cooked some nice meals - couldn't be happier! Happy Sunday everyone 💗💗💗
67,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 7,7 kg.    Sisa: 3,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

1353 kkal Lemak: 60,49g | Prot: 102,08g | Karb: 98,85g.   Makan Pagi: Cravendale Semi Skimmed Milk. Makan Siang: Beef or Meat Gravy, Cooked Savoy Cabbage, Tesco Broccoli Florets, Carrots (without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Roasted Potato (Fat Added in Cooking), Sainsbury's Roast Turkey Breast Slices. Makan Malam: Sea Salted Caramel and Milk Chocolate Granola, Skyr Yogurt. Camilan/Lainnya: Aldi Pickled Sliced Beetroot, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Tesco Cheddar Medium, Mackerel in Sweet Chilli Sauce. lagi...
