Good Morning,
Just return from my walk and still laughing at myself.I decided to make something different for breakfast,so I surfed the sight to see what I could find that was different.Well,came across a recipe by Idahofreebird call cheese blintz with good ingred for OWL. Made the recipe and when I reread it,I mixed everything tog and I wasn't suppose to do that. So rather then pitch it,I threw it into the pan and it make a wonderful pancake.I had this w 2 pieces of bacon.Yum! I don't know where the whey protein fits in right now and being it said to use 4g which I don't know how much that is(you all know me I can't figure things out where math is concern flunk in school on that sub)I used 1 oz. We'll see how it effects my bode.My patience is paying off down some this morning.Hope to continue that thought.
