Weight still steady at 131. started 30 day fitness challenge app and sweated it up today! Like it a lot for its providing structure to bodyweight exercises and daily progress is built into it. Levels to chose allows flexibility in performing more or less 'skilled' movements and it estimates calories used.
I think after 30 days I'll feel prepared to step into the gym for cardio and assess where I stand with using weights.
Feeling more "in" my body and more aware of movement and posture. Even just 3lbs down I feel more compact. Waist is still tight on those shorts though 😰 so I'll keep sweating!
