Yeah, being out of town wasn't good for my weight. And then coming home with bad food, which I continued to eat, wasn't good either, but at least I'm back closer to where I was. I was up a couple pounds, but didn't weigh in. XD

It's weird how easy it is to eat processed food that isn't satisfying and doesn't even taste good.
86,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 11,1 kg.    Sisa: 9,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
