Funny how it seems the day after i feel I eat the most, my weight is down the next day.
141,0 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 11,4 kg.    Sisa: 38,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

The science behind Atkins promotes eating enough calories for optimal loss. While you are omitting unnecessary carbs from your diet, replacing with high fat and protein, you must consume a certain # of calories each day. For many of us those are in the range of 1500-1800. Others need slightly less and some require more. If this is working for you - aim for that. Great job on the loss.
