One of the things that have become a challenge is how to record my food when I'm using recipes.Thank goodness Lane has tipped me off to that. Another thing is how to figure percentages which I don't know how important that is.I keep reading the book and confusing myself on small matters such as percents.Don't know how to come up with that. Trying to keep my total carbs for the day to 20 gross.I'm still tweaking as this is a new way for me,like others I'm sure.Guess I'm from the old school and have to learn this wo getting crazy.I'll tell you this,its not going to get the best of me.I will get to my goal and this little bumps along the way make me strong.I'm on my 4th week of OWL have added strawberries wo any problems.Tried to add greek yogurt but my weight shot up but came down after.No much but it came down.I will try yogurt again down the road.I did add a few nuts yesterday just to try(in flourless cake). Success to everyone,we'll get there
