After a week of travelling I started this week with a plan to have 24 hour fasts on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
I didn't count calories but I'll get back to that soon. Just need to focus my mindset.
It's almost 2 weeks since I have been to gym but I'm going to find time to do so tomorrow.
