Dropped a tiny bit yesterday.
Wanted a little more results, but its OK. Boy's took me out to lunch yesterday to repay a debt. I had to work a little on the weekend for one of them.
I walked/ran on the treadmill last night and did well. Pushed hard, but only for 20 minutes. I can feel it in my hips and legs. I had a snafu on the treadmill and hit stop at about 15 minutes in, I just hate that.
It was a quiet night at home, did more stuff with my music library. Downloaded a few things, and ripped a few more into lossless. I think I have been spoiled now. Some of my favorite music may come on, and if its in crappy MP3 format, I can tell now. So I will download or rip it in lossless if I get feel it is justified.
Today, more school work! I have a good handle on this week, so I feel good about that.
I have celery sticks, and carrots to snack on! This is huge. I ACTUALLY remembered to bring them in from home, instead of leaving them in the fridge.
Well, off to work.
