At last I am actually seeing a loss, still getting to grips with my food eating habits, weather is unsettled and it's raining hard here so I can't get out on my bike, l guess I will get my turbo trainer out and spin while I watch the Tour de France, l'll finish it of with a HiiT video, l think I will put on LEAN and MEAN lol I got the mean part mastered just got to work on the LEAN part lol I am sure that will happen if l keep up with my weight loss, besides l must admit my legs and butt look surprisingly good lol just got to sort out the top half
