I am indoors watching the Tour de France, my road bike has been checked out and ready to rock & roll, weather is not great at the moment but the forecast indicates sunny spells later, l have a 50 mile loop planned with a few gentle hills to grind up lol at this stage in my fitness that's all I can do at the moment lol maybe I will have to purchase a new cassette for my bike and give myself a chance to get up the hills easier, the problem l have is that l can't ride more than 3 miles from the house where I live without having to go down a hill or ride up one lol l guess I have to think positive and treat them darn hills as training aids lol I will let you know how I felt and got on after the ride, wish me luck lol I will need it.
