I REALLY HADN'T BEEN FOLLOWING A REDUCTION PLAN, JUST EATING WHAT I WANT AND TRYING NOT TO DO TOO BAD AND STILL EAT FRUIT AND DRINK WATER AT TIMES. INEED TO FOCUS ON MORE WATER, LESS JUICE AND MORE VEGATABLES, LESS BREAD.... BUT, I AM A POUND SMALLER CONSIDERING I WEIGHED AT 10PM AT NIGHT, USUALLY WEIGH FIRST THING IN THE MORNINGS, BUT I WAS SO EXCITED I FOUND BATTERIES FOR THE SCALE AND WENT AND CHANGED IT RIGHT AWAY WHILE IT WAS ON MY MIND, MY SCALE HADNT WORKED IN MONTHS...THANK GOD....[/i]
