An expected gain today, 300gr, as I indulged yesterday and went 40% over RDI. I'm not worried as I had plenty of exercise and will have again today, so I'll be hoping to see the scales go down again this week as I'm sure that apart from today's post-indulgence, this is a just a regular fluctuation and I'm still on a downward trend.

Bright sunshine again today and the last of the snow receding on the mountains across the bay as the weather starts to feel springlike at last. 17 degrees forecast for today and the next few days, then back down to single figures by the weekend. Still, it's a start. I even looked to see if I could sit on the balcony for breakfast, but not yet, it's still too cold at this time of the morning.
