Up a bit today due to cheat day, 236.6 again. Its cool.

I had a good day yesterday with Son. We went to the store, I took him to baseball, then he spent the night with a friend. I had a few cocktails and listened to music late into the night. All in all it was a late night for me, but it was good. I was able to talk to a few people stateside via the computer.

We did get fried chicken from Popeyes for dinner, I have been craving that for a while. It was a bit of a let down. The fries were nasty, and the biscuits too.

Well, off to transport kids to the ballgame and get trash bags.

I'm glad you had a good evening, JP, and I gotta say I'm glad you didn't care for Popeyes. Maybe your taste for grease is slowly disappearing? It happened to me...

More and more lately, I want junk food, then get it and am let down. It was not what I expected. Kind of like a druggie or something, its never as good as you remember. Hmmm. Sort of depressing actually. I guess I am more of a food snob. I think I will incorporate more quality into my cheat day, instead of going right for the junk foods.
