I am not quite ready to begin but am just meandering to get ready. I have to finish out this week with the groceries I have, and then begin the Atkins. I lost 42 lbs last year, and want to lose another40 this year.
And I did it by trying different diets; when I got bored with one, I stopped for awhile and then tried another..so that is what I will do this year.
