way to go! your weighyt graph looks so unny: bump 1= christmas week; bump 2= new years week! now you havev a visual aid to deter you! that's what i had at the beginning when i chewed bubble gum. But you're on track now and stronger than ever, so you go!

Nice to get back to the before the holiday weight so soon! Thank goodness for the juice fast.. I am doing it today and it seems to be really working.
