Don't you hate it that you have to work so hard to get weight off, but can gain it with "0" effort?!!!
You did well...I'm proud of you. I suspect my upcoming weigh-in will hold an unpleasant surprise for me...sigh. Well, I still have a couple of days left. We'll see ;)

Yeah, it's a little hard to pinpoint. Not so much WHAT I ate, as how much. But then again, it's really still about my exercise level, I just can't seem to get motivated...ugh.
