My weight loss is starting to slow down or the stress I am under is making it harder for me to lose weight. Probably a combination of both. Work is still crazy. About 70 hours this week. Our deadline is May 30. It should be more manageable after that. I have been reduced to picking up fast food to try to get the family fed after working a 12 - 13 hour day. I am exhausted and looking for shortcuts wherever I can find them.

I am hoping to have a better week next week. I am going to make sure that I top out at only five hours of work tomorrow. That will help. I didn't even get to work out today until after dinner. I don't really like working out that late. I am still wide awake and it is nearly 10. Not typical for me.

I need to make sure I take the time to care for myself in spite of all the demands of this special project at work. Ok. Pep talk over. I need to get some sleep!
