Very bad that I failed this challenge the first week (Never go over RDI during the 12 weeks). I was struggling just staying under my RDI but I know there was one day I went over. No computer on the weekend so didn't log food or exercise. BUT on the plus side can see that this challenge will work for me. I just need to work harder at it and develop some normal lifestyle good habits. Here's to better week.
