I did it! I am so excited. I was only back in the 200s for less than a week. I guess I needed that little "kick in the pants" to get me going again.
I've been walking 2-3 times/day at work (for 10-15 minutes each) and getting on my Gazelle in the mornings before work.
I've gone back to stage one of south beach, because I was craving too much of the bad foods.
