No idea how to post in the community since the update lol. Is this app pretty accurate about how many calories you should consume? It's telling me 2100 to lose? That seems like a lot? I've been eating 1500 calories and done nothing but gain :(

Just stick with it, and verify your portion measurements. And be sure to eat nutritious foods and drink plenty of water to keep the machinery operating properly. Are you getting some exercise?

The rdi on FS is pretty high.The majority of us set our own rdi at much lower calories.You can change it .

I changed from 1500 to 1800 calories maybe it will help. And yes I get exercise in plus at work I walk about 3 miles a day if not more :) and I drink water all the time and I've been good about the food too. Thank you all for the comments:)
