No change in weight today. Mostly took it easy yesterday – bit of car shopping with my wife and then went into work for the afternoon. This morning I managed to run the full 5k at 5.5 mph (even upped the speed to 7mph at the end)! With a bit more practice I will be totally set for the Kirkland run next month.
