I completed my Water Fast Day #6 yesterday and today I planned to start the day with a bone broth fast so I can have a light dinner celebration tonight.
Not sure if I have any water retention since TOM came yesterday afternoon. This morning I have an ugly white coated tongue with a terrible taste in my mouth.
I had some troubles to sleep last night, I guess due to the fast but it is also my last day of work in my office after 8 years, so I guess I feel a bit emotional for that. I hope my cortisol will go down at my new position!

Awwww, take care of yourself! TOM can't be helping with stress I'm guessing, either. Wishing the best for you in your new position, and hoping it's a change for the better for you!
