Well it was challenging to say the least because I do not have control over vegan seed cracker or hummus and nut's that I should of skipped in the grocery store last week but had some emotional issues. I truly want to work on emotions and emotional eating habit's. Granted it is not ice cream or cake but it did put a wrench in my progress.

I have the same problem with emotional eating issues 😖 and have determined that I will make things that taste stellarly good to binge on and eat myself sick on when those times hit. Am currently experimenting with squash custards. Making them taste like cross between cheesecake, pie and pudding and as sinful as possible so I feel like I'm cheating but am not.
