So, weighing in to see the fast water losses. lol. Have to do something to get motivated. I know I ate junk so I'm completely carb loaded and I was short protein over the last week. No chance this is more than a couple of pounds once I get it sorted. Once again, dad used me for food. :) I also didn't touch a weight. Time to get on this.
